  • Customer Support & Warranty:

    All return shipping is to be paid by the buyer. All buyers outside of the United States must pay the shipping to and from the repair facility. All returns must be shipped before 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees and will not be compensated for any costs incurred to return products. (shipping varies for each order).

  • All Vacuum Lids are entitled to:

    • 3 year warranty period.
    • 1 month window for refund, exchange or repair at no cost to you.
    • After 1 month and until 1 year, all manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. A refundable shipping and handling fee of $30 will be charged before we issue a shipping label. This fee covers shipping to and from the customer. If damage is deemed to be from user error the flat rate shipping and handling fee of $30 (for the continental U.S.) will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product. 
    • After 1 year and until 3 years a shipping and handling and repair fee of $50 will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product. This fee includes shipping and handling to customers in the continental U.S. All replacement Parts are covered during this period.
    • To be eligible for the discounted warranty rate senders need to provide a copy of original receipt with date of purchase clearly marked on the receipt.

 

  • All Jars are entitled to:

    • 1 year warranty period.
    • 1 month window for refund, exchange or repair at no cost to you.
    •  Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees (shipping varies for each order).

    • 1 month window for refund, exchange or repair at no cost to you.
    • After 1 month and until 1 year, all manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge. If damage is deemed to be from user error a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $30 will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product. This fee covers shipping to and from our building within the continental U.S. and we will provide a shipping label.
    • After 1 year and until 3 years a shipping and repair fee of $75 will be charged before repairs or upgrades are made to a product. This fee covers shipping to and from our building within the continental U.S. and we will provide a shipping label.
    • To be eligible for the discounted warranty rate senders need to provide a copy of original receipt with date of purchase clearly marked on the receipt.

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns after 30 days.

We do not refund shipping unless specifically noted

Buyer pays all return shipping and handling fees. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling fees (shipping varies for each order).
